RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job responsibilities of our Business Development Coordinator includes, but are not limited to:
General administrative support to the Vice President of Creative Strategy & Business Development;
Ensuring sales activity / our pipeline is accurately reflected within Hubspot, our CRM platform;
Ensuring Business Development resources are following defined Bus Dev process;
Ability to create reports summarizing sales activity;
Sales presentation creation;
Staying abreast of industry trends / innovations to ensure we are delivering solutions that deliver on client KPIs;
Contributing to a culture where Everybody Sells
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience / Skills:
2 years experience in a business development/sales coordinator or similar role
Comfort with very direct communication; You are clear, upfront and concise
Strong moral compass
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Aptitude for problem-solving
High degree of integrity, energetic, and have an upbeat attitude
Strong work effort, detail-oriented, and self-starter
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
Experience with G Suite and Microsoft platforms
Preferred Experience:
Event, Tradeshow, or experiential marketing production
Working in an environment in any of the following: manufacturing, custom fabrication and/or design, agency, or production
Success in this role will be measured by:
Revenue & Profit for programs sold
Number of pitches delivered to qualified leads
