RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Business Development Coordinator includes, but are not limited to:

  • General administrative support to the Vice President of Creative Strategy & Business Development;

  • Ensuring sales activity / our pipeline is accurately reflected within Hubspot, our CRM platform;

  • Ensuring Business Development resources are following defined Bus Dev process;

  • Ability to create reports summarizing sales activity;

  • Sales presentation creation;

  • Staying abreast of industry trends / innovations to ensure we are delivering solutions that deliver on client KPIs;

  • Contributing to a culture where Everybody Sells

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience / Skills:

  • 2 years experience in a business development/sales coordinator or similar role

  • Comfort with very direct communication; You are clear, upfront and concise

  • Strong moral compass

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Aptitude for problem-solving

  • High degree of integrity, energetic, and have an upbeat attitude

  • Strong work effort, detail-oriented, and self-starter

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot

  • Experience with G Suite and Microsoft platforms

Preferred Experience:

  • Event, Tradeshow, or experiential marketing production

  • Working in an environment in any of the following: manufacturing, custom fabrication and/or design, agency, or production

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Revenue & Profit for programs sold

  • Number of pitches delivered to qualified leads
