In 2014, B Fabrication assisted artist Jordan Griska in the design and development of this sculpture. Inspired by natural disasters such as Superstorm Sandy, Griska’s Dolos “aims to bring vulnerability to light by reminding us of how quickly and unpredictably familiar landscapes become threatened—and threatening.”

Our team was responsible for the 3D fabrication model that was developed in Rhino using the Grasshopper plug-in. We also fabricated the MDF mold and all of the acrylic parts, and assisted in its assembly at the Socrates Sculpture Park in Queens, New York.
